I am so excited to announce I am now a Certified Prepare/Enrich Pre-Marital/Marital Counselor!
Here is a brief overview of the new proven services that I offer!

PREPARE/ENRICH is a program based on a set of five inventories that examine major relationship issues a couple may experience. These inventories must be administered by a trained PREPARE/ENRICH Counselor and include 4-6 feedback sessions in which the counselor facilitates discussion between the couple based on their inventory results.

The counselors are trained in the use of the Prepare/Enrich inventory to focus objectively on critical relationship issues with couples. Counselors administer and interpret the couple inventories and give feedback to couples using the six couple exercises. Each inventory is intended to assess areas in which relationships need to grow and strengths that will enable them to progress in a positive direction.

Processing of the couple inventory is offered by the counselor and the report available within 7 days.

The PREPARE/ ENRICH Inventories have been developed as comprehensive relationship assessment tools that are psychometrically strong and easy to use with couples. The goal has been the make the PREPARE/ ENRICH Inventories the most relevant and valuable tools available for working with couples across the life cycle. They are designed for couples at different stages:

Premarital couples

PREPARE (PREmarital Personal and Relationship Evaluation) is designed for couples planning to marry who do not have children.

Premarital couples with children

PREPARE-MC (PREmarital Personal and Relationship Evaluation – Marriage with Children) is designed for couples planning to marry who have children.

Married couples

ENRICH (ENRICHing and Evaluation Marriage) is designed for married couples seeking couple enrichment and counselling and couples who have cohabited for two or more years.

Couples over the age of 50

MATE (Mature Age Transition Evaluation) is designed for older couples (50 years or older) planning to marry or facing other life transitions (retirement, relocations).

Each PREPARE/ ENRICH Inventory is a 165-item questionnaire assessing relationship strength and growth areas in these categories:
